Non-Permanent Service Agreement Form

Members who request electric service that is non-permanent (ie: campsites, grain bins, summer home, etc.) in nature shall be charged a fee based on the following schedule:

Request for electric service for less than:

• 30 days - $200
• 120 days - $150
• Less than 12 months and more than 4 months - $100
