POWER AND FUEL COST ADJUSTMENT |

POWER COST ADJUSTMENT TRACKER: |

| The Power Cost Adjustment Tracker in Rates 101, 103, 601, 602, 801 and 901 shall be on the basis of a Purchased Power Cost Adjustment Tracking Factor occasioned solely by changes in the cost of purchased power as follows: | ||
| The Power Cost Adjustment Tracker in dollars shall be the same as the most recently billed to Henry County REMC by its wholesale power supplier, divided by one (1.0) minus the total average energy losses of the utility for the preceding twelve (12) months expressed as a decimal fraction of the total energy purchased for the same period, less $.001833 per kWh. | ||
